nnKateeva is looking for a Sr.

Electrical System Engineer to support the development of Kateeva’s proprietary manufacturing equipment for fabricating the next generation of flat screen displays—organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays. We are looking for an Electrical System Engineer interested in working in a fast-paced high energy development environment.nn nDescriptionn nn Responsibilities: nn Design and integration of complex electrical control systems for automated production equipment including selection & integration of sensors, drivers, actuators, solenoids and motors Ability to interface with sub-contractors and contract manufacturers during design and build of electrical panels and cabinets Supports machine level PLC programming including Safety I/O and interlocks Documenting designs through detailed schematics, cable drawings, bills of materials, test and assembly procedures Works independently on multiple assignments simultaneously, tracks progress and provides timely reporting to group manager Participate in project planning as technical lead on project level deliverables Key contributor on cross-functional teams during the development and improvement of processes and procedures Works collaboratively at customer sites to install, troubleshoot and improve R&D and production systems in the flat panel industry Team player, doing whatever is required to make the company successful Ability to travel overseas up to 20% nn Qualifications: nn Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of equipment engineering experience Min 3 years direct experience designing equipment used in cleanrooms Experience with safety systems, safety certifications, design standards SEMI/CE Detailed knowledge of motion components, power distribution, digital/analog I/O, cables/connectors, PCBs, safety circuits and specification of general discreet electrical components PLC programming and/or advanced signal analysis experience a plus Expertise with one or more of the following: AutoCad, Zuken, Orcad, PCB Design SW Capable of hands on work where expertise in troubleshooting is demonstrated Familiar with electronics lab equipment, hand tools and prototyping Ability to work under pressure to hit aggressive project milestones Excellent written and verbal communication skills
