  • Verifies patient identification and that the requested exam correlates with clinical history and presentation.
  • Assesses the ability of the patient to tolerate the procedure.
  • Generates a written summary of preliminary findings using the provided templates.
  • Maintains equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and reports problems to the appropriate personnel. Maintains adequate supplies for the vascular lab
  • Communicates with the patient in a manner appropriate with patient’s ability to understand.



Education: Associate degree or equivalent education experience. License/Certification ARDMS RVT required.

Experience: At least 5 years experience in vascular testing.

Physical Requirements: Job requires sitting or standing for prolonged periods, frequent walking, bending, stooping and repetitive motion.

Skills: Must have excellent attention to detail and full knowledge of all vascular testing.
