Firm Administrator

This is a Full-time position in Columbus, AR posted March 18, 2021.

nAspen Careers is working with a well-respected law firm in downtown Columbus to fill a Firm Administrator position.

This position is responsible for managing all administrative operations in the law firm.

The selected candidate must be capable of multi-tasking while working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Essential Job Duties: This position will participate in strategic planning with firm management and has responsibility for law firm operations, including daily management, HR responsibilities (including recruiting and retention, employee relations, and performance reviews), and vendor relations, while ensuring compliance with all firm practices, policies and procedures.
