The Opportunity Wovenmedia is looking for a named account manager and sales leader located in the Northwest Arkansas region with experience managing and selling large-scale solutions into the Retail vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale account management, Enterprise software, digital marketing, and hands-on experience working in a startup environment to deliver sales results. This includes the development of long-term relationships, managing current implementations, and developing new opportunities. The Director will achieve this through project management skills, solution selling capabilities, and direct interaction with customers, including navigating through the customer’s organization. Role and Responsibilities The primary role is to manage one of the company’s largest accounts Outstanding organization, project management, written, and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and executive teams Orchestrate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure successful customer experiences and associated revenue targets. Passionate self-starter, decisive, and able to work independently and quickly to implement ideas Become a trusted advisor by establishing positive relationships based on knowledge of the customer requirements and dedication to drive strategy and objectives. Identify, advance, and close new sales opportunities through the successful execution of the account strategy and roadmap Senior-level project management and consultative selling skills with experience working with C and VP level Executives Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively execute the plan Experience with complex solution selling and major account sales Experience working with multi-tier distribution channels including VAR’s, distributors, dealers, hardware vendors, and system integrators Support all promotions and customer events Comfortable using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to maintain a full record of all sales and account activity and generate reports for stakeholders providing visibility to the sales pipeline Travel as required (when COVID appropriate) Experience and Education (minimums) Bachelor’s Degree 7-10 years of sales experience in high tech selling technology products and services in digital marketing or digital signage industry Located in the Northwest Arkansas region
