Establish consistent Lark aesthetic and UI/UX standards Lead co-creation initiatives with key strategic health partners Help scale design process, suggesting and implementing design standards, tools and methodologies Working with the clinical, content and data science teams, design engaging chatbot content nn Qualifications: nn 10+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in a D2C and B2B healthcare environment Previous experience managing a team of designers Has used qualitative and quantitative methodologies to uncover customer pain points and propose solutions Experience working on healthcare products across multiple platforms A strong sense of user empathy.
