Hunt’s driver hiring standards and DOT regulations.Job Description:Key Responsibilities: Oversee team’s performance to ensure timely and accurate completion of application through on-boarding process, consistent with department goals and compliance requirements. Coach and counsel staff to develop/improve employee performance standards and challenging employee applications by offering guidance and recommendations on possible solutions. Communicate with Safety personnel to facilitate driver hiring. Coordinate with them on outstanding issues throughout the hiring and on-boarding process. Direct, motivate, coach, counsel, advise, guide, and develop team members to reach or exceed objectives and goals. Complete various daily and weekly reports to track employee and team productivity. Perform personnel functions such as interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, time/attendance and any disciplinary actions.
