AcreTrader is a real estate investing platform that makes it easy to buy shares of farmland and earn passive income.

United States farmland has historically outperformed most asset classes and other forms of real estate.

Unfortunately, buying and maintaining farmland directly is extremely difficult without local knowledge, management, and large investment commitments.

Marketing Manager

AcreTrader is seeking a new team member in Fayetteville, AR with previous experience managing digital advertising campaigns from strategy and execution to reporting and optimization.

We are looking for a full-stack marketer who will lead the planning and execution of advertising efforts to acquire customers for our farmland investment platform and real estate agency.

This will be an opportunity for an experienced digital advertiser to build and scale marketing programs and have a direct and material impact on the growth of a company and industry.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an advanced skill set with multiple ad platforms, including, but not limited to: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

You will be responsible for end to end campaign management including research, design, copywriting, reporting, optimization, and finding efficiencies to hit challenging KPIs.

Beginner to intermediate experience with marketing automation systems (specifically HubSpot), email marketing, and conversion rate optimization will also be needed to perform the role effectively.

You will be working within a startup environment that requires flexibility and nimbleness with good communication and willingness to make a real contribution to the team.

As with any growing company, many other tasks and responsibilities should be expected to be assigned as well as growth opportunities to be seized.

Key Outcomes: 

Digital Advertising
Build an efficient inbound customer generation engine by continuously testing channels, creative strategies, and targeting methods to fuel the supply and demand pipelines of our business.

Analyze the performance of campaigns and regularly report outcomes on key KPIs: CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

Implement new creative strategies to improve the efficiency of our ad spend and better educate, “warm up”, and convert leads through remarketing efforts.

Data Analysis and Conversion Rate Optimization
Maintain a clean data infrastructure and conduct in-depth analysis of advertising campaigns and the performance of landing pages and key conversion processes.

Boost conversion rates by identifying, and building informed, data-driven on-page tests to improve key landing pages, and conversion processes.

Identify key actions that lead to conversion in our supply and demand journeys to shorten our sales cycle and improve ROAS. 

Email Marketing
Test and improve our email newsletters, farm announcement emails, sales sequences, and more to drive traffic and create more meaningful touchpoints with leads and customers.

Within 30 days develop a deep understanding of AcreTrader’s business and customer offerings
Present informed opinions on work and solutions to potential problems to internal stakeholders.

Begin providing targets and current performance updates on a bi-monthly basis to management.

Understand and represent AcreTrader’s mission and core values
Maintain a high level of integrity.

Clearly articulate the vision for AcreTrader as well as the core beliefs of the company.

Be able to defend thoughts and ideas internally in a professional manner when challenged.

Key Competencies/Requirements: 
Fayetteville, AR based  Results driven marketer with thorough experience analyzing and optimizing advertising campaigns and their assets Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, a marketing database, email, print, social media, pay per click, and/or display advertising campaigns Experience in copywriting and testing to promote and prompt action Beginner to intermediate design skills Possess an understanding of the elements of conversion rate optimization and previous work experience optimizing on-page conversion rates Experience with marketing automation tools as well as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or other data analysis tools Mindset of continuous improvement Dedicated in pursuit of goals  Outstanding communication skills

Highly Desirable: 
Previous experience in marketing for a real estate firm 4+ years of marketing and advertising experience Experience with Segment CDP Experience with HubSpot Knowledge of finance, investing, and agriculture Experience working in a startup environment Ability to self-organize and to be self-accountable  Background working on a long term project with the same team
