The position is responsible for meeting regulatory requirements as well as operational goals, financial targets, and all people and labor goals while ensuring employee and donor safety.

Operates within the scope of EU Guidance on Good Manufacturing Practice and FDA cGMP 21CFR.nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities: nn nn n nn Implements processes and procedures to improve Operations and ensure ongoing regulatory and customer compliance.

Oversees the management of programs that ensure successful recruitment, development, and retention of employees.

Responsible for financial oversight, managing expenses, and cost control.

Ensures data integrity by following Good Manufacturing Practice standards.

Establishes and ensures overall center performance objectives are met including employee performance and development, quality standards, financial objectives, and production goals.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance groups to develop and implement programs that evaluate compliance to assure optimum product quality, donor, employee, and environmental safety.

Supports and implements activities related to material purchases, material control, inventory control, and material storage and transportation functions to meet plasma operations requirements.

Maintains proper inventory levels.

Partners with Human Resources to manage employees in areas such as effective training, performance management, career development, competitive compensation, and progressive discipline, as needed, according to company policies and procedures.

Participation and preparation for Monthly Operating Review for the region.

nn n nn nn Qualifications: nn nn nn Minimum five years progressive responsibility as a manager in a highly regulated, multi-location environment, including direct supervision of remote employees performing under enforceable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor”s degree in Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, or related field.

Ability to manage teams remotely and to directly manage the on-going performance of centers.

Relevant experience in planning and implementing policies and systems.

Experience and knowledgeable of concepts driving continuous improvement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training, presentation, and negotiating skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
