Pre-Sales Solution Consultant do?

nn nnAs a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will support Sales Executives at key points during complex sales to mid-size to large banks and large credit unions.

You will be an expert in the capabilities of our Dynamics 365-based banking CRM solution and stay current on rapidly evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 features.

You will tailor software demonstrations to the needs of each client / prospect and assist in the completion of RFP responses and creation of proposals.

You will evangelize our value proposition to business and technical audiences across retail and commercial banking, from front-line users to senior executives.nn nn You can look forward to: nn nnDeveloping and maintaining expert level knowledge of Fiserv’s banking CRM solution capabilities with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, Power Platformnn nnDeveloping a deep understanding of sales & service challenges and priorities for commercial and retail bankingnn nnMaintaining and further developing credible, high-level understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure servicesnn nnDeveloping a general understanding of the interrelationship of other banking systems vis–vis CRMnn nnParticipating in client discovery sessions to identify client priorities and requirementsnn nnThoroughly preparing for demonstrations by writing scenario-based scripts, prepping environments and rehearsing with team membersnn nnDelivering engaging, pertinent presentations and demonstrations, tailored to each audiencenn nnCollaborating with Sales Executives and Technical Pre-Sales Architects to define scope of proposed solution (i.e., modules, features, custom integrations), align value proposition to client priorities, and differentiate from competitorsnn nnPartnering with Technical Pre-sales Architects and Implementation Consultants to customize demo environments for client use casesnn nnWorking with Implementation Consultants to develop cost estimates and implementation proposalsnn nnMaintaining standard templates for sales presentations and proposals and RFP response librarynn nnRepresenting Fiserv and our solutions at tradeshows and deliver presentations at conferencesnn nnProviding feedback to Product Management regarding market strategy and product designnn nn Basic qualifications required for consideration: nn nnBachelor’s degree preferrednn nnAt least 3 years experience as a pre-sales consultant involved in sales of enterprise CRM solutions to financial services companies.

Equivalent experience within a financial institution, in a role focused on demonstrating and evangelizing an enterprise CRM solution will also be considered.nn nnIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and Power Platform is preferred.
